Hello and welcome to People Planet. I am thrilled you are taking the time to learn more about who we are and what we can do for you.  For over two decades, I've worked in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition, supporting both large and small organisations with their hiring challenges. I have worked in both agency and in-house roles, supporting hiring managers with recruitment strategies to hire in demanding niche markets and sourcing and supporting candidates with securing great roles that will allow them to fulfil their career aspirations and fly!  

Why did I launch People Planet? 

My approach revolves around a simple yet powerful principle: valuing alignment over skill alone. I've learned that technical expertise is most impactful when it harmonises seamlessly with an organisation's core values and vision. It's not just about filling positions; it's about building teams that thrive in a culture of shared purpose and that’s where I have found that I can add value and where People Planet can offer expertise. How do we do this, it’s pretty simple: we build relationships with both businesses and candidates and we ensure we understand what is most important to both parties and work to both briefs – we are not here for the short haul – we exist to add value where we can to ensure that we source the right candidates for the right opportunities and we are transparent about all of our processes.
